How a Showit Template Helped Lauren from Studio Only You Launch Her Wellness Brand
October 23, 2025
Summary:This case study shares how VERVE & COLOR transformed a Showit template into a refined, intentional website for Studio Only You, a kundalini-inspired meditation membership helping women reconnect with their breath, body, and inner power. The project combined brand direction, a Showit website for a meditation teacher, and Uscreen integration to help Lauren confidently launch and grow her wellness brand online.
The Vision
When Lauren first reached out, she had a clear intention for Studio Only You: a space for women to reconnect with their breath, body, and inner power through kundalini-inspired meditations and integrative movement.
Her vision centered on creating a safe, nourishing space for women (often busy moms or professionals who feel disconnected from themselves) to find clarity and calm in their daily lives. She wanted her website to feel like an extension of this experience – approachable, soothing, and easy to navigate even for someone visiting in the middle of a hectic day.
She knew exactly how she wanted people to feel when they landed on her site, but wasn’t sure how to bring that vision to life online.
“I was struggling to put clear words together that matched the vision in my head. I also didn’t know where to start, having little to no experience around branding or building a website.”
— Lauren, Founder of Studio Only You
During our discovery call, we decided that a Showit Template Customization would be the best fit for her first website, giving us space to create something that felt completely her while keeping the process clear and supportive. Once we kicked off the project and started working on the creative direction, we began shaping the foundation of her brand around 5 core values: empowerment, sacred, rooted, intentional, and refined. These became the guiding thread for everything that followed.
The Challenge
Like many meditation teachers and wellness entrepreneurs at the start of their journey, Lauren had a powerful idea but no digital presence yet to hold it. She wanted a brand and website that felt approachable, inspiring, and elevated – something that mirrored the warmth of her work without feeling too abstract or out of reach.
Her goals were:
Create a website that builds trust and connection with women seeking balance and clarity in their daily lives
Launch her online meditation membership in a way that feels easy and intuitive
Communicate her story with clarity and heart, so visitors immediately understand the energy and purpose behind her work
Lay the foundation for her long-term growth, with a system that supports future offerings like an app, blog, and expanded meditation library
As a website designer for health and wellness brands, my role was to turn her vision into an experience that feels intuitive, beautiful, and true to her message – combining Showit design, UX strategy, and brand storytelling in one.
The Approach
What began as a simple Showit template customization naturally evolved into a more tailored experience built around her 5 core values. The design strategy was shaped not only by these values, but by her long-term goals: building an accessible online community, growing her membership base, and eventually expanding into an app.
Empowermentthrough clarity
Every part of the site was designed to help visitors feel capable and confident in their own journey. Simple paths and clear next steps guide them through the experience without overwhelm, helping them feel capable of starting (or continuing) their practice.
A sacred, elevated aesthetic
We used soft neutrals, gentle contrast, and lots of white space to create a feeling of calm and presence. The design gives every element room to breathe so her audience can slow down, focus, and connect with her message. It honors the sacred quality of attention – inviting visitors to take their time and explore the website.
Rooted in stability
This value inspired the site’s sense of steadiness and consistency. Layouts are clean, structured, and easy to follow, helping visitors feel grounded as they explore. This stability builds trust, giving returning members a familiar space that feels safe and supportive as her platform grows, while helping new visitors feel instantly at ease and confident in where to go next.
Intentional interactions
Every element serves a purpose. For example, the subtle text shimmers across the site and the typing animation on her About page are small details that bring movement and life to the site without feeling distracting or busy. Each interaction is meant to feel mindful and considered, mirroring the awareness and intention Lauren encourages through her practice.
Refined design and functionality
Refinement here shows up in both form and function. From the elevated visuals to the seamless connection between Showit and Uscreen, every element was designed to feel cohesive and effortless. The result is a membership experience that looks beautiful, flows naturally, and reflects the care at the heart of her brand, while providing a scalable foundation for future offerings like courses, workshops, and an eventual mobile app.
The Highlights
The guiding phrase I kept returning to throughout the project was “quiet depth“. Lauren’s work is about helping women meet themselves in stillness, and we wanted her site to feel the same way – calm, grounded, and quietly powerful.
Her target audience is women seeking peace, balance, and self-connection in the middle of busy lives. So the design needed to feel like a breath out – a space that invites ease rather than effort.
Here’s how these ideas came to life in the design:
Spacious, intuitive flow: Each page was structured with breathing room and balance, mirroring the sense of ease and focus her meditations bring
Refined neutral palette: Soft taupes and layered neutrals created a minimal yet elevated aesthetic that feels calm, sophisticated, and approachable for her audience
Purposeful movement: Subtle shimmer effects and typing animations introduced quiet moments of polish and life without taking away from her message
Simple membership integration: Showit and Uscreen were seamlessly connected to create a clear, straightforward sign-up experience that supports ongoing practice and community
Aligned messaging: Copy guidance helped her communicate with the same intention and clarity she brings to her sessions
Cohesive identity: Branded graphics extended her aesthetic across social channels, creating familiarity and trust as new visitors move between her content and membership
The Results
Lauren launched Studio Only You with a website and brand that feel intentional, elevated, and aligned with her mission to help women reconnect with themselves through kundalini-inspired meditations and movement.
Beyond the visuals, the process gave her clarity around her brand messaging, language, and direction. The site now meets her audience where they are, offering approachable language, intuitive navigation, and a calm, nurturing energy that mirrors the heart of her practice.
Built with growth in mind, the site is designed to evolve alongside her membership, supporting her long-term goals of expanding into new offerings and deepening her community connection.
Since launch, Studio Only You has become an intentional space online, a hub where women can return to stillness and rediscover their inner strength.
